Water Saving through Advanced Curing Systems
Our curing systems are designed with German technology that ensures “Zero Water Usage for Curing”
This innovation saves approximately 12–20 million liters of water every year while maintaining excellent curing quality.
The system’s efficiency means no additional curing water is required, significantly reducing water consumption.
Sustainable Raw Material Selection
We actively replace natural river sand with manufactured sand and waste quarry dust, conserving around 25 million kilograms of natural sand resources annually.
Over 99% of all raw materials entering our production process are used or recycled, minimizing waste and reducing resource dependency.
